💳 Payments

Payments are processed through the platform. YouBuyZw may charge a commission on each sale. Payment methods are subject to availability and third-party providers.

🚚 Delivery

Delivery is handled by vendors. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the vendor and location.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are managed by individual vendors based on their policies. YouBuyZw is not responsible for refund decisions.

YouBuyZw is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and vendors. All transactions are carried out at the user’s own risk.

📞 Disputes

In case of disputes, users are encouraged to contact the vendor first. YouBuyZw may assist but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

🚫 User Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the platform

🔐 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
